Tallinn · Full-timeYou run interviews, draw flows and design interfaces in a tool of your choice. You can explain a decision to a client who disagrees. We work with small teams and short cycles, so you will see your designs built within weeks.
Project coordinator
Tallinn · Part-time, 25 hoursYou keep a handful of projects on track: you talk to clients, watch the calendar, write clear briefs and make sure nothing falls between people. No agency experience needed. We value calm and clear writing above anything else.
How we hire
Send us a few lines about yourself and a link to something you made. We reply within a week. Then comes a half-hour call, a paid task of about four hours that reflects the work you would do here, and a visit to the office or a video call with the team. We try to make a decision within ten days of the first call.
